Online Therapy for Your Authentic Self

Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who have spent years coping by pushing themselves harder, adapting to others people’s standards, and trying to hold everything together.

For adults with ADHD, I focus on the effects of executive dysfunction and masking—overwhelm, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, shame, and the feeling that you’re constantly struggling to keep up in a world that wasn’t designed for your brain.

For people living between cultures—such as first and second generation immigrants, international professionals, and adult Third Culture Kids—I offer support with the stress of expectations, perfectionism, identity shifts, generational conflict, and the pressure to succeed or fit in.

Sometimes these experiences overlap to create a unique perspective with particular challenges— and strengths.

You don’t need to be able to name exactly what’s going on to start therapy. Together, we can move beyond the pressure to fit into someone else’s expectations and work toward building a life that feels like your own.

I specialize in navigating ADHD and executive function challenges, cultural identity and belonging, family expectations, life changes, and relationship struggles.

Therapy in Wisconsin, Colorado, and Florida for adults who feel stuck between who they are and who they’re expected to be.

Hi, I’m Kira. Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Therapy is a space to step back from everyday life and get curious about your struggles, your strengths, and the stories you’ve learned about yourself.

I draw on clinical training, education, and lived experience across cultures, to help you explore and understand your experiences in context . Whether you’re wrestling with questions about who you are and what you want, feeling torn between cultures, dealing with the pressure to achieve and succeed, or living with adult ADHD, I want to help you take your next steps with greater clarity and courage.

You don’t have to be like everyone else to feel like you belong.

What I Help With

An artist wearing a paint-splattered shirt with headphones is painting on a large canvas with colorful, abstract strokes in a studio with a large window letting in natural light.

Adult ADHD

Understand your brain, let go of shame, and rewrite the stories you’ve told yourself to build a life that works for you.

Cultural Identity and Belonging

A woman with long, wavy brown hair sitting on a yellow and black striped parking lot curb, with her hand resting on her ankle, wearing a black top, black pants, teal sneakers with white soles, and smiling at the camera. Cars are parked along the street in the background, and the photo is taken during the daytime in an urban setting.

Navigate between cultures, roles, and expectations to be your most authentic self and
create a life you call your own.

A set of railroad tracks running through a barren landscape with leafless trees on either side.

Transitions

Maybe you’ve grown out of your old life, had the rug pulled out from under you, or just don’t
know want you want anymore. Therapy can help you make sense of who you are so you can take your next step.

Relationships

Learn to understand your patterns, communicate your needs, and let go of what’s holding you back.
Find security in yourself and your  relationships.
